One of the biggest problems, is that they're being caught in broad daylight and in heavily populated areas.
Local law enforcement agencies are constantly responding to citizen calls reporting suspicious activity in their backyards.
Often times it's undocumented immigrants who are making their way through neighborhoods to get to their destination.
Just last week, Sheriff deputies and BP agents found a stash house with at least 8 illegals in the Loma Bonita Sector of the community.
This area is known to have a high crime rate.
The Maverick County Sheriff Department is currently working on building a substation in that area to assure better protection for the community in that area.

Illegal Immigration continues to be a problematic issue along the Del Rio Border Sector including in Maverick County where on a daily basis BP Agents are detaining individuals who are trying to make their way into the Country.
