Mijares stated that the precautionary measure was taken due to the fact that two individuals have tested positive.
The Eagle Pass Independent School District continues to work diligently to assure the safety and well-being of their students and employees.
Up until now Covid-19 positive cases in our community are close to reaching 5,000. This is certainly a concern not only for the EPISD who employs thousands of Individuals but for many organizations across the community.

Eagle Pass Superintendent Samuel Mijares Informed that the EPISD Central Offices were closed down on Friday for half the day to conduct a thorough disinfectant of the building.
